TO THEIR MASTERS

"May its leaves be different every day, but its roots should remain the same."
"A tree without roots cannot withstand a storm."
Maximum respect and honor!
MESSAGE FROM PROFESSOR DIEGO CABRAL
My main goal is to create an environment conducive to coexistence, education, and the development of citizenship, as well as to promote the autonomy and leadership of children, adolescents, and adults. Hopefully, we will be able to train not only champions on the mat, but also well-educated citizens capable of handling victories and defeats with humility and dignity.
In our classes, we also teach listening, acceptance, and building a sense of community among each other, something that sometimes becomes the main reason for some students to start an activity.
An important lesson is to identify when you can avoid a violent situation or prevent it from escalating while remaining safe. We have classes with different goals and reach a diverse audience, but always focusing on the importance of self-defense and competitive Jiu-Jitsu.
Many come because Jiu-Jitsu is a sport where they can make friends; I call this social inclusion. It means offering equal opportunities to students, for example, including people with disabilities, and it contributes to the athletic development of people with and without intellectual disabilities.
DIEGO CABRAL'S TEAM
The Diego Cabral Jiu-Jitsu team was born from the desire of black belt Diego da Costa Cabral in 2018 to create a team that goes beyond teaching Jiu-Jitsu, but also shapes the character of the student.
